Evil Sorceress Costume
Or maybe not evil after all.. But I have an idea for a costume I want to make, based on a description I read last night in Stalking Darkness. I am not sure this is what the actual dress was, but my brain took it here.
Together with a nice silk skirt in the same green and a coat thingy based on Lizz's fairy queen costume. The coat would be in the same colors, possibly burnt out silk velvet. Yes, I am going for expensive fabrics here. But they don't make this lovelyness in my size, curses. So, I was thinking about making it myself. The closest pattern I could find was this
Which is still pretty cool, but I am not sure. Check around more to see if anyone could make that for me or make it myself. Making it myself would probably be about a third of the price of the costume made corset.
