So for those of you that don't know, this weekend was Conbust 08. It was great fun. I was on 4 panels, running one game and judging the boffing war and tournament.

Friday.
Friday started with set up and stuff. It was fine enough. I am still amazed that we manage to get everything up in an hour. It is really amazing. Then at six was my game. I thought I would have to cancel because it was so early in the con and no-one woutld be there, nope, I had to turn people down. It was great fun to run, I thing the players had fun, and we ran the full two hours. Thank god I stated out those guards. I had not expected them to attack the guards. I think I'll do something about that for the campaign. Oh yeah this is turning into a campaign. Then I ran the character building workshop where George dominated, as usual. After that was the zombie panel. I had freaked out about this, but it went smashing. It seemed like people loved it. Thanks to everyone who helped make it as awesome as it was, especially Kayleigh. Then I did the ID check for the BDSM panel. It was interesting.

Saturday:
Started with over sleeping and then tax workshop, was not so fun but ok. Then I went to the con got into makeup. During the day I sat at the table, judged the boffing and ran a panel, once again with George. Then I went to Joe's game and had tons of fun. After that I had a head ache so I went home to sleep and do some homework.

Sunday:
Fairly laid back, went to a panel and ran another, apart form that I hung out in the artist dealer room and chilled. Again I was amazed with our gophers, the con was cleaned up in little over an hours.

Loot:
-two wooden daggers
-one wood sword
-one green bodice
-one comic (caf-fiends)
-two prints (cag fiends and devils panties)
-one drawing of me
-one dragon drawing

I haven't seen my family. I needed to do homework. I got a fair bit done. I am almost done with discrete and linear algebra and I finished Speed of Light.
I also managed to think of some cool ideas for my game at Conbust. It is set right after the Dragon-wars, or maybe during them. There is going to be pirates or some sort of sea based I think. And I want an Indian feel to the game. I know Indian and dragons might not mix that well but heck. So here is today's question, there will be 6 characters, what would people like to play? Note that this just figuring out what might be popular, you don't have to play. I won't make the personalities of these character, I might make a guide.

Those of you who have had me talk to you about my world and the dragon wars or know about the different dragon colors might have an idea of how this could lead to some very interesting intrigues in the group. Just a quick note on what the different races are, since they are not standard D&D
Dragonborn: These were once human, or one of the other regular races, and then got reborn as a dragon. After their rebirth (or would it be hatching?) they emerge as adults but with new skills
Half-Dragon: One or several of these characters ancestors were a dragon. The different color reflect what their dragon ancestor were. I was planning on having the other half be human, but if you have an interesting idea of something else please comment
Lizardfolk: an Humaniod reptilian, considered primitive by many, but that have more to do with their tribal and nomadic lifestyle than anything else.
Centaur: half horse half human
Spellscale: Humanoid race related to dragons, often eccentric and very flamboyant.
